Refunds

No refund shall be provided for the registration process.

8. Limitation of Liabilities

If this User Agreement is translated into any language other than English, whether on the Site or otherwise, the English text shall prevail.

However, k5-unity takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the Website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
